Happy Chinese New Year everyone, it’s been a while since I played. Every time there’s an update, it just takes forever to update. Initially, i was so surprised to see so little change, the candy collection. But another update was on its way. The bingo prizes remained the same even if there’s a new update.

Since Edward is still practicing to color, I’m hesitating to let him use the coloring books for now. I’ve devised a way to make him practice. This is via printing coloring pages from the net. And because it’s practice, I print the picture smaller and 2 pictures at one page. Giving him more chance to practice.
I’ve compiled the neat pages for one year old boy. Have fun folks!

We went away to celebrate Kalvin’s birthday. Not far… we were still in Manila, our favorite hotel, Century Park Hotel. So that Edward could swim, we’re glad Kalvin’s family was able to join the celebration. In Harrison Plaza, they have Booksale, we have decided to visit it. Not much selection and the ambiance was quite scary. In fact, while we were there, someone was trying to steal something from the store. Anyway, I was able to get some good books. They became part of our bedtime stories. After which, we dropped by SNR to buy some groceries. But we saw some more books. Adding to our stash. So here goes…

Happy New Year Everyone! I wish you all happiness, health and wealth. For this year, my goal is to make more fun activities for our family. And to make studying interesting for Edward. Do I get a Boo? To start off, we are utilizing his christmas gift from Yuan. Where I draw something, write the word and spell it out for him. It’s fun to see him agree with my drawing. If I say it’s a cat, he doesn’t complain that it doesn’t look like it. He just takes my word for it. Yay! Finally! Someone who can appreciate my drawing.
This morning, I started teaching him how to color. We made progress from last time. Previously, whenever I would hold his hand with the crayon, he would lose interest. Now, I was able to guide him to color. And he didn’t doodle as much as he did last time. We didn’t finish it as he lost interest in the middle of the activity, but still, it’s a great progress.
Lastly, I made a surprise for him. He’s fascinated with cars and trucks lately, so I made him a new batch of magnets. Hope he likes it when he wakes up.
