After Edward’s Gymboree playing, we’ve decided to have our lunch at Lombardi’s. Again, the minimum requirements should be there, nice seats and spaghetti.
This place have a really nice ambiance. And the food is really good. Here’s the breakdown of what we got.
This is their own bread, it’s soft and taste nice.
Spaghetti Con Polpettine – I love the meatballs. However, Edward didn’t. I tried making him eat it. But after he discovered I’m mashing it in his spaghetti, he stopped eating it all together. So much for tricking him into eating it.
Prosciutto E’ Funghi – I liked the pizza! Although their hot sauce is super spicy. Haha. The pizza itself is created after you order it, so guaranteed fresh. The crust is a bit hard but the flavor is good.
Linguine Alla Carbonara – Although I love Carbonara, I didn’t like this dish as much. It’s a bit peppery.
Lasagna Della Casa – The serving size is a bit small for the price but it’s really nice. Very flavorful.
Spaghetti Fruiti De Mare – Wasn’t able to try this. Sorry!
Scaloppa Di Milan – I don’t remember the taste of the porkchop but I love the risotto. Husband is even insisting that risotto is my favorite. Haha.
To summarize, we had a nice time in the restaurant. Added factor is seeing the chef himself. But it’s a bit pricey. So I’ll have to think again if we would eat in it again. Since the serving size is really small.
